Incident Summary
An incident occurred on some DHCP nodes. Although tunnels remained up, traffic was not reaching the DHCP server due to an internal routing issue, causing a disruption in service. The issue has been partially mitigated — the primary node is now functioning as expected, but the backup node continues to experience routing problems.
Impact
Only limited amount of users were affected. The problem has been partially addressed. The service is now working as expected on one node, the backup is still having an issue.
