Cloudi-Fi - Incident_Zscaler_Traffic forwarding issues for unauthenticated user traffic – Incident details

Some iOS and macOS devices may not automatically open the captive portal. Users may need to manually access it by visiting an HTTP URL such as http://neverssl.com or http://3wi.fi.

Status:

• Affected Platforms: iOS and macOS devices

• Issue: Captive portal not opening automatically

• Workaround: Manually open http://neverssl.com or http://3wi.fi in a browser

Zscaler is actively progressing with the mitigation plan and has successfully implemented the next phase of the plan. The situation is currently being closely monitored. Customers who have been impacted are advised to continue using the provided workaround until further updates are provided.
