    Incident Summary

    An incident occurred on some DHCP nodes. Although tunnels remained up, traffic was not reaching the DHCP server due to an internal routing issue, causing a disruption in service. The issue has been partially mitigated — the primary node is now functioning as expected, but the backup node continues to experience routing problems.

    Impact

    Only limited amount of users were affected. The problem has been partially addressed. The service is now working as expected on one node, the backup is still having an issue.

    Cloudi-Fi will be performing a scheduled maintenance on our Database service starting at 9:00 PM (CEST) on July 30, 2025, with an expected duration of up to 4 hours. This operation is part of our ongoing efforts to maintain and enhance platform performance and reliability.

    Impact:

    No service interruption is expected during this maintenance window. All services will remain fully operational.

All services are now operational, and **IP address delivery was not impacted at any point** during the incident.     Current Status

    Access to the admin console has been restored and is now functional for most administrators.
    The DHCP module remains inaccessible at this time. However, IP address delivery to devices is not impacted and continues to function as expected.

    Our team is continuing to work on resolving the remaining issue. We will provide an update as soon as the DHCP functionality is fully restored.

    • Increased fault tolerance for more reliable sync.

    Meraki synchronization optimization

    • Reduced unnecessary API calls for better efficiency.

    • Robust error handling to avoid sync disruptions.

    • Enhanced reliability for smoother integration.

    Captive Portal Identification (CPI) enhancement

    • DHCP option-based detection for more accurate captive portal triggering.

    • Improves login reliability and streamlines user onboarding.

    Bug fixes

    • Sponsor domain validation: Trusted domains now correctly validated.

    • User details view: Fixed display issue in Users → Accounts section.
